Registration Conditions.
I hereby tender my resignation from the membership of the society. Reason for resignation is superannuation / VRS. The same may please be accepted. Kindly credit my all due amount by NEFT / ECS payment to my Salary Bank Account. Due to Covid - 19, I am not in a position to visit to society to submit the documents. I further state that I will not claim any amount of share capital & deposit after final settlement of my account, as I am not submitting the Original Share Certificate to the society.
